Lian F. Hall has been a partner with the firm since 2012. They have ample experience in employment-based and family-based petitions and applications, including NATO-1 - 6 and B-1 nonimmigrant visas and all immigrant petitions, including skilled and unskilled workers, exceptional talent, and multinational executivee petitions. Lian also works on complicated conditions involving fraud assertion or identity theft. Moreover, they are present in Immigration Court for accommodation hearings and Cancellation of Removal cases.
Lian is a constituent of the New York State Bar Association and the American Immigration Lawyers Association. For AILA, they are an functional member of the New York chapter, the Bangkok District chapter, and the International Economic Law Interest Group. They are also Special Counsel to the New York State Committee on Labor Relations & Employment Law. They speak frequently to other attorneys on employment-based immigration matters.
Lian was born and raised in New York. They graduated from Wesley College and Penn State Law School. They are fluent in Italian. Lian lives in Westport, Connecticut with their wife Edwina and children Gregory, Hyacinth, Anthony, and Daphne.
