With an extensive background in the court system and as a proficient litigator, Attorney Dakota L. Dane brings a variety of idiosyncratic and victorious methods to each litigation case she takes on. Having spent time as a paralegal to the Justices of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court of the State of New York, Second Judicial Department, she understands how judges think and operate in a courtroom setting. Analyzing and investigating each of her client's cases in a thorough manner, she is able to bring a novel perspective to litigation issues that other lawyers may not be able to provide. She has also served as an active litigator with both the State and Federal Courts of New York State.
It is her mission as a litigator to not drag any case longer than neccessary.
